1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the rainbey online gaming platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support features available through rainbey.net (the "Platform"). By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

These Terms should be read alongside rainbey's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of your agreement with us. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to rainbey is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). This age threshold is not negotiable. Any person under 21 years old is expressly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the rainbey Platform in any capacity.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The rainbey Platform is operated and intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the rainbey Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rainbey makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on rainbey:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from rainbey or any other gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members of rainbey or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
• Persons who have previously had an account terminated by rainbey for violation of these Terms;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the rainbey Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. rainbey relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and comply with applicable regulations.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active rainbey account at any given time. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, devices, payment methods, or identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rainbey reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances derived from fraudulent or duplicate account activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rainbey account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. rainbey will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rainbey immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep all account information up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your address, contact number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly or notify our support team. rainbey shall not be liable for any delays or failures in processing transactions caused by inaccurate or outdated account information.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, rainbey operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds from their rainbey account. rainbey may also require KYC verification at the time of registration, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time at rainbey's sole discretion.

Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. rainbey may request additional supporting documents, including proof of address or source of funds, where required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by rainbey may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of your account until verification is completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rainbey accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions on the rainbey Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). rainbey does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status. Deposits are generally credited to your rainbey account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. rainbey is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed by rainbey within one (1) to three (3) business days following approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. rainbey reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

5.4 Inactive Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more is considered inactive. rainbey reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your rainbey account at least once every twelve months.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

rainbey may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms will be communicated to you at the time each promotion is offered and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified for each individual promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

rainbey takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting patterns or strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting"), or providing false information to claim a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, rainbey reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the account, and retain any deposits as an administrative offset against costs incurred.

6.4 Promotional Changes

rainbey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be payable in respect of any cancelled or modified promotion, except where required by applicable law.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the rainbey Platform may vary from time to time due to provider maintenance, regulatory requirements, or operational decisions made by rainbey. rainbey does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game interruption that affects the outcome of a wager, rainbey reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Payouts made as a result of a software error or technical fault are not valid and rainbey reserves the right to recover any such amounts from a player's account.

7.3 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by rainbey. rainbey reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where there is suspicion of irregular betting patterns or potential match-fixing activity. Bets are not final until confirmed by the rainbey system.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

rainbey is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection, power interruption, or other technical issues on the player's end. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's last recorded state.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rainbey Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated unfair play in multi-player games;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rainbey staff, agents, or other players;
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP masking to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing rainbey accounts or account credits.

9. Responsible Gaming

rainbey is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in the Philippines. We recognise that while gaming is intended as entertainment, it can become problematic for some individuals. rainbey provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the rainbey Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of rainbey or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the rainbey Platform without the prior written consent of rainbey.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rainbey's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rainbey account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rainbey shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond rainbey's reasonable control, including force majeure events, acts of government, or telecommunications failures;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rainbey's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

rainbey collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the rainbey Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rainbey is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your rainbey account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by rainbey

rainbey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• rainbey suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• rainbey is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• rainbey ceases to operate the Platform or withdraws services from your region.

Upon termination for cause, rainbey reserves the right to withhold balances where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

rainbey operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable Philippine law, the relevant legal requirement shall prevail to the extent necessary.
